To secure your place on our waiting list, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit of $500. Once we are prepared to begin the construction of your custom guitar, a payment of 50% of the remaining balance will be required. The final payment will be due upon completion of your instrument. Typically, the entire process from placing an order to receiving your Glen Morgan Custom Guitar takes approximately three months. Throughout this period, we will provide you with progress photographs to keep you informed about the development of your guitar.

Glen Morgan Custom Guitars does not provide coverage for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, alterations, misuse, or harm caused by extreme fluctuations in temperature and humidity. If you find yourself dissatisfied with our finished product, we invite you to reach out to Glen Morgan Custom Guitars within 48 hours of receiving your guitar to initiate a return. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus a non-refundable deposit of $500.
